Introduction:
HazMo Horizon’s third and issue (as of this writing) introduced in 2024. A 40 page issue produced by Hazardous Movement to supplement their Scenario packs. One scenario by Chuck Hammond was reprinted that was previously released from Dispatches from the Bunker. Numerous articles by familiar ASL names were also presented.
