2023-02-11(D) Allen Evenson vs Rob Wirthlin German winCame down to the wire. Mortar crew broke and routed across bridge. Rallied on American last turn (with snakes) Germans jumped in for CC for the win but, Germans ambushed and withdrew to save the day. Tight/Quick little scenario.

2021-12-31(D) Kermit Mullins vs Dan Best German winThe Americans managed to move up close and then aggressively attacked my mortars in the trenches. Both crews broke and routed across the bridge. My 8-0 became a heroic 8-1 and took the 4-4-7 with the LMG across the bridge into the stone building. My other 4-4-7 was deployed as two half-squads with one HIP. The Americans eliminated one half-squad, but had lost a 2-1/2 squads with the 8-1 and 9-1 both killed. But an American hero crossed the bridge eliminated two crews and then in Close Combat on the final turn eliminated the 8-1 and squad. But my last 2-3-7 was within 2 hexes of the bridge which gave the Germans an unlikely win.
