Overview:
On April 11th, the Hungarian 3rd Corps moved against Yugoslavia. The 1st Paratroop Battalion received orders as well. A 104-troop strong unit was to be dropped near Szenttamas and the troops were to take and hold the bridge over Franz-canal until Hungarian ground units could get there. . . .Hungarian paratroopers drop into action! Yes, I said Hungarian Paratroopers!! This battle is the one fight where the Hungarian paratroopers actually did a combat drop. Okay this is not 100% historically accurate, the landing was unopposed and the Hungarians marched into battle but still somewhat captures the action of a bridge capture.Attacker: Hungarian (Elements of 1st Parachute Battalion and 2nd Motorized Infantry Brigade)
