Overview:

As the last line of defense before Dunkirk, the defense of Calais was of paramount importance to the British Expeditionary Force. Any delay caused to the German assault force would be all the more time allowed for the evacuation of Dunkirk. On May 22, the Germans had reached the gates of Calais. Orphanage Farm, site of Air Defence Calais’ headquarters, under Lt. Col. R.M. Goldney, became the focal point of the battle for the next five hours.

2013-02-13(A) David Ramsey vs Martin Barker German winI'd take the Germans every time, lots of scope for out-flanking the defenders, and then you have OBA, and Fighter Bombers too.

This playing went to the wire, and I won it luckily, but the British don't have a lot of scope to do things very much different. Interesting game though.
